COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT. Company has in place certain legally mandated procedures regarding allegations of copyright infringement occurring on the Sites or with the Service. Company has adopted a policy that provides for the immediate suspension and/or termination of any Sites or Service user who is found to have infringed on the rights of Company or of a third party, or otherwise violated any intellectual property laws or regulations. Company's policy is to investigate any allegations of copyright infringement brought to its attention. If you have evidence, know, or have a good faith belief that your rights or the rights of a third party have been violated and you want Company to delete, edit, or disable the material in question, you must provide Company with all of the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringed or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Company to locate the material; (d) information reasonably sufficient to permit Company to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted; (e) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
WEB DETECTIVE COMPANY: Members must be human, no machine, or automated services may be used to register for Web Detective Pro. You may only have one account in your name. In order to use Web Detective Pro you must have internet access and an active e-mail address. Web Detective Pro is not responsible for any problems you may encounter with accessing the Internet, our website, or any other website. Refusal to abide by Web Detective Pro Terms and Conditions will end in a termination of your membership.

Access to Web Detective Pro’s vast investigative and search resources is only available to subscribers to the Web Detective Pro membership subscription (hereinafter the “Subscription”). The following terms and conditions define the Subscription you are entering and form a binding agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) between you and Razoreye Media Group, the company that operates the Web Detective Pro product and associated websites. For purposes of this Agreement, "Subscriber" refers to you and "Site" and “Company” refers to Razoreye Media Group. “Site" means a World Wide Web site and, depending on the context, refers either to the Web Detective Pro website, located at the URL http://www.web-detective.com and/or at any associated URL, or to any email or other advertising medium which promotes a Web Detective Pro product or service.
ADDITIONAL PRIVACY PROCEDURES - Privacy procedures specific to a Razoreye Media Service can be found on a Razoreye Media Site at the location of the particular Razoreye Media Service, or in additional terms referenced at such Razoreye Media Site. Those procedures are an addendum to this policy, and are provided to you at the place where they will be of most use and relevance to you.
